What Each Wavelength Does

The Celsium Prime combines nine wavelengths across the visible red and near-infrared spectrum, each suited to a different depth and purpose:

• 480 nm (blue): Works at the skin’s surface and is commonly paired with red light in skincare-focused routines.
• 590 nm (amber): A gentle surface-level wavelength often included for skin tone and complexion.
• 630 nm, 660 nm & 670 nm (red): The core red light therapy range, absorbed in the skin and upper tissue layers — the wavelengths most people associate with everyday red light therapy.
• 810 nm, 830 nm & 850 nm (near-infrared): Invisible to the eye, these wavelengths reach deeper into muscle and joint tissue, which is why they are favoured for post-exercise recovery routines.
• 1060 nm (deep near-infrared): The deepest-reaching wavelength in the Celsium range, intended for larger muscle groups and deeper tissue layers.

Because wavelength, intensity, and pulse rate can all be adjusted independently, the Celsium Prime can be reconfigured for a surface-level skin session or a deeper recovery session without switching devices.
